ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET?

Using the order's tracking number, check the carrier's website for details. 

If the order hasn't been delivered within a month and the tracking number doesn't provide any information, contact me and I'll try to work something out. 

NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON AN ORDER?

Please make sure everything is correct before purchasing. If you need to change something such as your address, please contact me immediately. 

Once an order's postal is paid for and printed, changes can not be made and it's not my responsibility anymore.
